Remove previous message from Order Status Page

A couple years ago, I followed a tutorial to add the circled words to my Thank You page (order status page). I now have to remove it and can't figure out where these words are located to delete. See the screen shot. These words aren't in any easy to find spot in the checkout languages. I suspect I copied and pasted something into my script, but I can't find it. Please give me step by step instructions to get into the script to remove or change this. Thank you!

Hi there - you likely have added something to your Settings / Checkout / Order Status or Post Purchase page ‘scripts’ area. Check there.

Thank you for the reply. I have looked and looked and it isn't there. I downloaded a new version of Crave theme and it is still there. Does that give any clues? Thank you for any help.
