script_tags stopped loading

Something that was working does not load now, seems like it just stopped working out of the blue. There was a warning or error something about api version being outdated, so it was updated but there is no change, scripts do not load. I have deleted the script_tags using the rest api, recreated them. even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. The script just does not load. I can list the script_tags using the rest api, delete them, create them but they do not load in the store.

Not sure what else to try. any ideas?

I since recreated the App and its the same result, have couple of merchants now effected works for others
