Server Side Coding for Form Submission Handling

Hello,

I created a form generator tool that creates a unique form for customers based on their order number and quantity. I want the form generator to save each form I generate as a unique link that I can send to customers for them to upload files and then submit. Multiple levels of this will need server-side coding implementation and I can't find where to access that. I have the needed scripts to generate the unique link as well as for saving the file submissions to a google drive automatically but I can't find where to implement them. Is this possible on Shopify?
