Shipping script not matching between test and live checkout

Hello all,

I've got a shipping script that won't match output between the test in the code editor and in the store checkout after it's been published. It should show a free shipping option when the cart is over $300.

Here is a screenshot of the output of the successful test in the script editor:

and here is the result of the script in the shipping step of checkout after having a cart over $300:

I have renamed the script. Unpublished and republished multiple times. Created a new script with the same code. Tried it on a separate, staging store. No matter what I do, I can't get the output in the checkout to match the script editor.

Any ideas what I can try next or what might be the issue? What have I missed? I feel like I'm going a little crazy with this.
