Shopify Store not completely getting disconnected.

We have integrated shopify into our mobile app. On deleting the store via api's store gets deleted only from our app and not from shopify portal. On trying to onboard that same store again we always get "Store already exist" msg on shopify app store UI and we have to manually delete it by  logging into shopify portal and delete our app from Apps and sales channel settings. Is there any api for same for disconnecting the store completely from shopify portal as well.Please suggest the solution for this.
