Text Alignment on Image Overlay

Hi There - I'm trying to align my text on the Image text Overlay at the top, as well as each collection photo.  Not sure where/how to edit the code.  As detailed and clear as possible please this is my first time editing code!!     kidcaddie.myshopify.com
