Hello, I don't know exactly the problem, but as you can see when I look at my site performances, this application I marked provides a very high delay on my site and officially ruins my site, this is not an application, it is actually not a shopify application or something I installed from somewhere else, I saw it for the first time and I wanted to ask here because they never worked, thanks to the shopify support line, I saw this part from the theme preferences section in the 3rd picture, that is, hcaptcha, I turned them off, I thought it would work, but it still seems active from the performance section, please help.

I doubt this is the reason for low pagespeed -- you need to concentrate on LCP and CLS instead.

hCaptcha is Shopifys own replacement for reCaptcha which is used to protect forms. 

While executing hCaptcha code does consume time, it's mostly hidden/delayed and does not affect your pagespeed score as much as LCP and CLS.

Yes, these are all the errors you said, what do I need to do here, by the way, it also appears here hCaptcha

Frankly, I'd blame your cookie banner first --- it obscures half of the banner image and the, when it goes and the image is shown fully, Ligthhouse registers a huge LCP . 

Try disabling cookie banner and re-run Lighthouse.

Second -- you have sections coming from Gempages and Ecomposer.

This is not the best -- if you really need to use a page builder app, it's reasonable to use only one, because each of them will load its won Javascript and CSS files, which will take more time.

For example the marquee section "Shop now!" loads 6(!) Google fonts. Six fonts for this small section and it is on top of theme own Motserrat and Lato. (not countng JS and other CSS files here).

I'd be trying to disable some of the sections on your homepage and re-run the Lighthouse to see  where the biggest impact is.

Again, it's not hCaptcha (IMO), but it worth checking the impact too -- if I am not mistaken, you should be able to go to "Online store"=> Preferences and disable it:

Hi @DenaHome 👋 There's no single solution to fixing theme performance it's a varied and complex subject beyond the scope of the forums.

At minimum you'd have to learn the basics and then ask a single specific scoped question.

Otherwise a question this broad is football stadium sized target that requires actual work to fix.
