Using Scripts to automatically add multiple tracking numbers in one order in Shopify

I know that Shopify does not allow more than one tracking number in one order. 

But if I have more than one item in an order, I have to go to the order, then select "Start Fulfilling". 
After that, I can change the quantity of the item I want to add a tracking number to 1, then the other two items to 0. I can then click Fulfil Items once the tracking information has been added. The order will then update with only two items left to fulfill.
After that, I can go back in and do the same thing, set the quantity of the item I want to add tracking information down to one, then the remaining item to zero.

This process takes so much time, is any way to use scripts to make this process automatic?
