Vbout push notifications

Hello everyone.
 
I'm new on the community and on e-commerce in general.
 
I'm currently working with Vbout as my main app for automation (email, SMS), and I wanted to have push notifications on my website.
 
However, the first step is to put a JavaScript document on the root of my website.
 
As far as I know I can't access the root.
 
I know HTML and a little JavaScript.

Does anyone know a workaround for this?
 
Does anyone work with Vbout and could use the push notifications?
