Want to make image with text (overlay) clickable

Hello, I am looking to make an image with text overlay clickable. So when someone want to view the full image then can simple click on it & it will pop up with the full image.

I know it's a code that I have to input.

I want to make the 'empower yourself physically & mentally' image clickable. 5th section from the top.
