What all can you customize with shopify plus?

Hi,
We just recently switched over to shopify plus and are unsure of what all we can customize with scripts. From what we have gathered from asking around is that we are able to add a gift message section, some upselling, free item discount, custom breadcrumbs but haven't found much since. We already have flows setup for our store but if thats the only thing we can customize we just don't see much of a point of staying in Plus as those can all be done with apps.

Are there any examples of what all can be customized?

To get started with creating scripts, we have an excellent Example Scripts Document that outlines various templates that can be used within your shop. It provides examples of different line items, shipping, payment, discount, and currency scripts that you can reference when ready to build your own.
