When I click on a product it redirects me to another product, issue is only on pc not mobile

This issue is only occurring on PC and not on mobile.

Theme: Debut

 

If you click on any product it will redirect to a different product.

 

for example: Going on our "ready to go gift boxes" and clicking on any of the gift boxes will redirect you to the "Tea & Chocolate Lover Gift Box". If you then proceed to click on the drop down menu it will then change to a gift item same goes for clicking on the add to cart button.

 

I am not to sure why this is, but also the layout of the website also seems to be affected as there is now a massive gap at the top of the home page and the 4 tabs below the picture  "tea lover gift" , "gift for him" , "gifts for her" & "Book Lover Gifts" also have a grey square next to them. I don't know if this is a grid issue, but everything was okay the previous day and all we have changed since is the themes colour scheme.

This is definitely not expected behavior from the Debut theme. It actually sounds like you made code edits to your theme which are affecting the normal functioning of the theme. Are you using any third-party apps that may be aggravating the issue too?

If you have been making custom code edits to your theme and are unsure of how to fix them, then you may need to roll back the code to an older version or hire a developer, as suggested by @SimonD. You could consult our directory of Shopify Experts, who are a team of third-party developers who can make custom changes to your store on a contracted basis.

Please go to theme.css file line 6486, 

.product-card {....

This CSS is not working on collection page. You should find the reason.

Thank you for the response. I'm not so great with the technical side of things, what would be the solution to fixing this can I ask?

Yep.... I'm an idiot, turns out there was a random bit of code at the top of all the red errors in the theme.CSS, when I deleted it, it all went back to normal.

Hello,

 

It does sound like it could be a problem with the theme.   You may want to try installing a fresh copy of the theme (from the Shopify theme library) without publishing it, then preview it to see if the problem still exists.  If the preview of the fresh copy works you know that is is an issue with the theme.

 

You can have multiple themes installed without it affecting the currently published theme.

I am facing the same issues. When I click on my product bear painting from the promotional collection on the homepage, it redirects to the full collection instead of the product. I am not sure what is wrong.
