When i press the checkout button it refreshes

Hey so I just went on Shopify and I tried to check out because I added volume boost and now it doesn't seem like the checkout button is working. sometimes the button will work by going on mobile or spamming the button until it loads into the checkout. This is a really weird issue and I need this resolved very soon to get my store up.

Can you clarify for me where exactly it is you're referring to when you say 'checkout button' here?

 

Would this be on your product pages, cart page, or in the checkout itself?

 

If you can clarify this for me, we can start to look into this in more depth.

 

As you mentioned you had added the Volume Boost app from our app store, and this issue occurred after adding it may be the case that this app is affecting the relevant area of your store.

 

We can test to confirm this if you add a fresh, unedited copy of a free theme from our theme store.

 

If the issue is not present on the new theme, we can be more sure that the root cause is localised to your current theme.

 

Should that be the case, you may wish to revert any recent coding changes made to your theme's .liquid files (such as by the app in question) to see if that undoes any present issue.

 

The developers of any given app will be able to help you out with removing their app's code from your theme and providing any other app support you need, so be sure to check out the contact details listed on the app store page for this app linked above.

 

Can you tell me a bit more about your business itself and how the app you added was to benefit your business needs?

I think this is something which is caused by some apps. Could you post your installed apps? @deepakrawat - Eventually we are installed the same and can find the problem. Also have the problem since today

no we got a multi line item order yesterday, no changes on website since then

Sure, but the Apps could have problems if they change their code.

probably, but many other stores faced the same issue. could it be something from shopify's end

Looks like its the adblocker plus in our Case. So we Need to investigate on all Tracker, Scripts, Pixel.

I am having the same issue, I have remove my google analytics scripts, reinstall the theme, deleted apps but still keep refreshing only and not leading to check out, stays on cart.

I still received some orders but I wonder if it is because they click on buy now which actually take the customer to checkout and they can proceed with purchase. On my end the cart page is the one not working.
