Where to add code in Shopify theme without using liquid?

If so, you can head into Online Store > Themes > Actions > Edit Code to make any necessary changes to the theme. As most of the files that make up a theme contain liquid, a basic understanding will be required to complete customizations. thank you @Blair  for answering. i did add the code in theme liquid but i was asking if there is an other place or page like theme liquid where i can add it and do the same effect for all the website like what happen if i add it in theme liquid. 

ps: this code is for hiding the best selling product for that my competitors can't see it

No problem at all, as I was happy to assist. If coding was added to the themes liquid, this would ensure that products are hidden to competitors.

To provide some additional context however, code customizations can only be completed within the shops theme as opposed to elsewhere within the admin. There may be an app available within the Shopify App Store that can help achieve this as an alternative.
