Why haven't I received my domain confirmation email?

Hi all,

 

I bought a domain through shopify but I didn't get the confirmation link on the store email address. Now, my shop is down and can't be accessed anymore. 

 

I tried to resend the confirmation mail but nothing came up on the Gmail adress. 

 

Could help me?

Thanks for reaching out in our Community forums and for sharing your concern, I’d be happy to help.

 

I appreciate you sharing a screenshot of your domain settings. Since you had not yet received your verification email, have you tried clicking on the banner to resend the email? If 24 hours have passed, I suggest changing the email in the meantime. You can do this by visiting your Admin > Settings > Domains then selecting the domain to be edited. Click on the drop down menu named Domain settings and select Edit contact information
