Why won't my domain open through the admin panel?

Hello! I have a problem with my store. 

I purchased a domain on Shopify since yesterday my store does not open through the admin panel. Please help

Could you let me know the domain name in question so I can check it out from here in my location?

If you haven't already, you can set your new domain to be your store's primary domain.

It can take up to 48 hours for changes to domains to propagate fully online, so it may just be a matter of waiting for this domain to work for your store.

That said, I'd like to check it out for myself from here to see what we can see!

If there's any other info you can share on your domain purchase and how it appears in your admin for you, that would really be helpful!

Would this be a new store or your first time selling online at all?

Can you tell me a bit about what you're selling or what else you're working on for your store?

I was able to visit the store on that domain and it loaded up for me straight away from my location.

Could you confirm if you're able to access this now where you are?

You mentioned that the domain did not open through your admin, can you expand on what you mean by that?

Let me know if you're able to access your store using the domain you shared here, and if you're still having any sort of issue with accessing your store from your Shopify admin.
