List of languages makes my product page worst

I do not need any kind of translator. still I see all lanugages in my description  page as ATTACHED. I tried to remove from product editing both in text and html but it appears often.
There is no translator app installed. Nothing like this in theme and the selected language is the English only. I did not opt for any other language.  Theme is Dawn
Please help

Hi @malikubaid , I've seen this on three of your product pages:

/products/8072902410559

/products/8072964407615

/products/8068225696063

 

The reason is because this text is what you have in your Product Description box. See attached. If you did not write this, then it is being imported from wherever you are importing products into your store from. This is not related to a translation app / Translate & Adapt. Thanks, Rich

There are a few possible reasons why you might be seeing content in multiple languages on your store. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

 

  1. Check the content of your product descriptions: Make sure that you only have content in English in the product descriptions, and that you haven't accidentally added content in other languages.

  2. Check for apps that might be adding content to your product descriptions: Some apps, such as translation apps, can add content to your product descriptions. If you have any apps installed that could be adding content in other languages, try disabling or removing them to see if that resolves the issue.

  3. Check your theme settings: If your theme has options for displaying content in multiple languages, make sure that you have only selected English as the language to display.

  4. Check for code injection: If you have added any custom code to your store, such as through the "Edit HTML/CSS" section in the Shopify theme editor, check to see if any of the code might be adding content in other languages.
