Remove or translate the 'and' that is added before the last Productmetafield

I have added some Productmetafields wich are shown on the Productpage. When a field contains multiple values, they are separated by comma's, but before the last value an 'and' is added. I've tried to use the Translate & Adapt app, but that does not show the 'and' or variable/tag available for translation. Is there any to remove or translate this piece of text? Any help is much appreciated.

Hey @MisterTile , we'll take a look at this for Translate & Adapt - in the mean time does it work if you do it via CSV - Settings > Languages > Export? For the CSV you only need to upload rows that you're changing, so you could delete everything else to make it easier to work with.
