Cant connect my domain

My domain says it's connected to an old store and it can't be connected. Please help!  I need to connect it to my current store.  I have been the only owner of this domain.

Consider sending an email to merchant support, they can look into the account.

If the link keeps redirecting to the home page, try opening the link in Chrome Incognito mode.

You need to change the settings in the domain provider website because it seems like that it is currently redirected to somewhere else.

Just remove the dns records from the domain for the previous store and it will be disconnected from there. Then connect it with your new store. Btw you bought the domain from shopify or 3rd party? Also what are you selling?
