Thanks a lot!
Hi! The easiest way for you is to outsource the optimization of page speed to an expert. Write to SoftwareSupp and describe what your problem is. Priced at $ 300 you will be able to acquire 5 hours of expert work that will improve the condition of your website. I am sending a link to the contact page https://softwaresupp.com/l/new-project/2
Is that score of 45 for mobile or desktop? If that's your mobile score, it's actually pretty decent!
We typically see mobile scores range between 10-30 on Page Speed Insights.
I ran your homepage through the Shopify Analyzer (free tool we built for the community). You can check out your detailed results here: https://analyze.speedboostr.com/result/fzk5vejl2w.
It looks like you could benefit the most from improving lazy loading and applying compression to images. Here are a few articles we wrote that might be able to help you out:
For compression, I'd utilize tools like TinyPNG and Crush Pics to compress your theme + product images.
If you'd like any help, feel free to reach out to our optimization team at speedboostr.com/contact. Best of luck with your store!
I found that overall, your store speed is quite good compared to many other stores I have run a speed test on, 95 on Desktop and 53 on Mobile (as I tested today) and if you are looking for a way to optimize even more, @JohnCodes is absolutely right about the image optimization and implementing Lazy loading, it helps a lot in improving page speed.
I just want to add a few more suggestions:
- To optimize the images (reduce image's weight but still keep the image quality), you might try PNGaulet for WindowOS, or ImageOptim for MacOS. We have written down how to set up those tools here https://pagefly.link/xQKRAfpQ#01_Optimize_image_loading_times if you want to try. (They aren't our tools but we use them frequently for our content so I hope they can help you too).
- To minify JavaScript files, you can use JavaScript Minifier
Some more tips can be found in the guide I sent above.
Also, one important thing: don't forget to request indexing for your pages once you've done optimization, so Google crawls your page and recognizes the changes you’ve made. Go to the Google Search console for your website and request indexing. Speeding up your website may help your Search Engine Result Pages.
I hope those information can help you a bit more on the job that you've already done very well.
Have a great day and if you find my answer useful, please give a 'like'.
Thank you so much!

P/S: For Lazy Loading, if you don't want to touch the code, please consider trying PageFly. We are top 1 Page Builder on Shopify and have Free plan (no time limit) for you to test the product. I think it will come in handy for you.
Hi @LukeNaowarat,
Adding onto what others have already wrote and since you're not technical. Easy way to improve speed is to fix errors. I noticed you had a 404 error on all your pages (see screenshot). Should remove this request.
404 req
Also don't take google page speed insights score as gospel, it's quite an unreliable scoring system especially for e-commerce stores. You can read more about it here https://speedboostr.com/google-pagespeed-insights-explained/
Best,
