My Shopify Store is Unresponsive

My Shopify store is unresponsive. This keeps happening randomly and gets fixed in some time, automatically (Without me doing anything). Every time I get in touch with Shopify support thru chat, they blame it on the 3rd party theme and put me in touch with the developer. Nothing happens, and the issue goes away on its own. 

 

This has been happening on a random basis for the past 3-4 months and there is no solution till now.

 

Can someone share their views on this and if you're facing similar issues?

Can you please clear your browser history and cache. Also please upgrade the browser and recheck this issue.

I understand that you have been noticing that your store is generating a 'page unresponsive' error from time to time. This is often due to a connection error caused by a browser or local issue. If you are only seeing this issue in Chrome, I suggest to either install a fresh version of Chrome or clear Chrome's cache of old data. Although, I did take a look at your shop and can see that you have many apps and content installed. These factors could also be what is causing the connection timeout. Since several factors impact your online store speed, like apps, theme code, media, i'd suggest checking out our store speed guide here to have your store running at an optimal level.

 

I'd also  love to know more about your business! How is your business going? How is your current marketing strategy going with bringing customers to your store?
