How do you know if customers received their product?

When you fulfill an order, you can add tracking information, including the carrier and tracking number. This information is then sent to the customer via email, allowing them to track their package's progress.
Many shipping carriers offer delivery confirmation services. You can check with your carrier to see if they provide this option. Delivery confirmation typically includes proof of delivery, such as a signature or timestamp, which can be used to verify that the customer received the package.
Consider sending a follow-up email to customers a few days after their expected delivery date. Ask them if they received the product and if they have any concerns or issues. This proactive approach can help you address any problems promptly.
