Shopify laravel mix, minify js and css

Hey Shopify Gurus 

I did integrated visual studio code with my shopify and theme kit & installed Laravel mix 

still new to this how can I minify the SCSS and java scripts ?

what should I include in my webpack.mix.js to compile the JS and CSS

I'm doing it on a duplicate theme so don`t worry if I mess everything up 

im using debutify theme & here is the store link : luxnd.com

Regarding your question, I can advise you to try this: 

mix.sass('src/sass/main.scss', 'assets/css', { outputStyle: mix.inProduction ? 'compressed' : 'expanded' })

By the way, I see your speed performance of your store is low. On mobile and desktop version as well.
