Slideshow image slow loading issue

Hi,

I have compressed my homepage hero image down to 264kb, however, it takes 3.4 seconds to load and I see a grey background in the meantime.

Any suggestion on how to load this faster?

I can see there are two JS conflict errors in to your store. Please have look try to resolve those too.
