Something is delaying the load of my site

Hello,

I am having an issue with my Shopify website and apparently because of something, it is loading too much.
I tried to take a look and I think I identified the issue being

But I don't know what is it and how to disable it.

Are you using any app related to this ? This file may be coming from any app server.
