In situations like these where the messaging it making reference to a third party application, I suggest that you reach out to the Bold Subscriptions App Developers as they should be able to specifically pinpoint what in your theme coding is causing this issue. When it comes to your store speed, your store loaded up for me pretty quickly! If you're looking to attempt to speed things up a bit more, closing down those blogs and using .png files for your images could help. A quick Google search will also yield several helpful third party resources on improving your Shopify store speed.
