Why can't I reconnect my Facebook page after being temporarily blocked?

  • Hey,guys. I got a question here and It made me really confused. My Facebook page has disconnected from my Shopify shop. But when I was trying to connect it again, it said that I’ve tried to log in many times and they has blocked me temporarily. But I don’t know when can I try again or why they has black me. Wrong account or wrong password? Really appreciate if any of you could help me out with it! Many thanks!

To clarify, have you been temporarily blocked from logging in on Facebook specifically and not Shopify? If so, this is typically a protection mechanism meant to safeguard your account from suspicious activity. Based on my research, this temporary block can last up to 24 hours and may be dependent on further security verification. 


Since Facebook is a third-party platform, I highly recommend that you connect with Facebook's Support team directly to troubleshoot any account and log in issues.
