My shopify account seems to be freezing and extremely slow. Please help

As @MS_WEB_DESIGNER has mentioned, it will be helpful if you can kindly share your store URL so we can effectively troubleshoot and try replicating the error. 

 

Could you also advise if this issue is impacting your Shopify admin, storefront or both?

Hi there

It is only on the admin page

Ive tried it on 4 different computers and all with the same problem

Customers also not receiving order confirmation emails

And Im not receiving all orders via email

 To address your first question, if you've gone through the troubleshooting steps shared above and are still experiencing an issue, I recommend contacting our support team. This is due to the fact we are unable to authenticate or provide account-specific support via the community forums.

 

You can create a support request via the Shopify Help Center to connect with our team via live chat, email or by scheduling a callback. When reaching out to our support team, I suggest sharing a screen capture showing the behaviour of your Shopify admin. 

 

In regards to your second question, could you provide more context on the following:

 

  • For the customers/orders affected, can you confirm if they were placed via the Online Store, a third-party app or a private app
