Over 5400 visitors came to our store since we've launched 2 days ago, 260 of them added to cart, but only 1 who bought!

we've analyzed the customers' behavior, modifies a lot of things, but still, people aren't buying perhaps there may be an error we can't see. 

please go through the website and tell us what should we do to get more sales.

for reference: this is an online store for an YouTuber merch, he got over 1.5m subs, the launch had a good engagement. many people showed interest. any the demographic who follow him are young people.
