I've had about 1,100 visits to my store through a variety of advertising channels. At first I was building out an audience to retarget, but now the audience and cost per click are decreasing daily, so I think I'm on the right path to hitting the right people with my ads.

With that being said, I'm curious if there is anything glaring on the site that would throw customers off from purchasing. I have done ok with the products on other platforms as well, so I feel like it may have to do with the site itself. Any feedback is greatly appreciated, thank you in advance! Hello @Peel_Prints

I hope your are doing well and staying safe. There are a few suggestions i would like to make about your store.

  • Make sure your brand has a favicon, which is a visual icon that helps customers to find you when they have multiple tabs open. It represents your brand visually and helps boost your online branding as well as trust from potential consumers.
  • A properly designed and built hero banner can help drive the right kind of customers on your website. Consider a strong message that represents what next step you want your site visitor to do based on their needs along with the CTA button on the banner.
  • Growing your business with a business blog is a great way to market your site. Now that you have some traffic coming to your site through your blog, you have an opportunity to convert that website traffic into leads.
  • Expand your social media promotions and attach those social links to the icons on footer menu.Make sure that social links open on new tab.
  • Update contact us page with adding more details, as it builds trust on your store.
  • You can also sell your products on Etsy marketplace as it is very good platform to sell unique, handmade and Vintage goods . If you are already selling on Etsy store consider our Etsy Integration app in the shopify app store which provides seamless integration between Shopify-Etsy shop. Etsy is a Huge marketplace for selling creative goods such as art & collectibles, crafts & supplies, jewellery &accessories and more,  if you have any unique/handmade/vintage goods in your store, you can give further exposure to your products.

        Thanks,

Thank you! Built out my social a little this week by adding pinterest and added the favicon. I will have to work on building out a blog and find a good example of a contact page to replicate

Hi Peel_Prints,

This is Amee from Gojiberry - Shopify Survey & Feedback App

I took a look at your store and have a few suggestions that will help increase the conversion rate:

1. Testimonials.  Showcasing a few testimonials on your home page -- whether from online customers or family/friends, helps promote consumer trust and confidence.
2. Revamping detail pictures. Your product picture is nice but lacking in some detail pics. The biggest improvement I can see is to place some environmental pictures where your prints can be hung. The measurements helped but most people cannot imagine the size based on measurements alone. It would help to have some reference points in the picture (sofa, furniture etc) to help imagine how the print will look.
3. Adding your social media. If you already have a running Instagram with followers, it would be good to imbed your feed on your website as well. Also helps with social proof and consumer confidence.
4.  Adding a blog. Perhaps helpful info about room decor, how to choose prints to match your home theme, or how to choose the right print size etc. This will help with SEO of your site and draw in the right audience.
5. Ask your customers! (Most effective for increasing conversion) A bit later down the line -- ask where your converting customers are coming from. You can easily do so with a post-purchase survey app, and reward your customers with coupons/points to keep them coming back again. Once you find out your strongest marketing channel, focus more effort and money on that.

Hope this helps!

Great recommendations, I added the feed to my page. I'd like to add more photos but I'm having trouble with displaying multiple variants on the page at once so I'll have to go to the community for help on that. Testimonials will be great once I have some sales under my belt. Thank you for your help and time!

Great tips! I updated the about page and am working on some collapsible fields on the product page like you mentioned. Also added my social feed to the bottom of the page. Can I add ATC and buy it now buttons on a product with different variants?
