This site from the time I took over a month ago found that the checkout rate was less than 1%. Our team did a lot of optimization actions, including adding a countdown to the shopping cart, giving away e-designs (we are a custom website), and discounting offers, etc. Only the add rate improved, but the whole conversion funnel was still not normal. It sounds like you have been doing some great work on your store, awesome to hear! Improving you store's conversion rates (increasing the percentage of site visitors who end up making sales) can indeed sometimes be a challenge. Placing some test orders to see what the customer experience is like is also a very good idea, as it might give you an idea of any issues customers are running into that are preventing them from checking out. Have you had a look in your Abandoned Checkouts section? You can review your abandoned checkouts to find patterns that might suggest why your customers aren't completing orders. Some important things to check for here include making sure the relevant shipping rates for the destinations are correctly setup, and that there are suitable payment gateways available in the checkout.
