This site from the time I took over a month ago found that the checkout rate was less than 1%. Our team did a lot of optimization actions, including adding a countdown to the shopping cart, giving away e-designs (we are a custom website), and discounting offers, etc. Only the add rate improved, but the whole conversion funnel was still not normal. Now I really don't know how to optimize it. Please help.  www.mosesoul.com

Hey @Pearl0806

It sounds like you have been doing some great work on your store, awesome to hear! Improving you store's conversion rates (increasing the percentage of site visitors who end up making sales) can indeed sometimes be a challenge. There are many resources available to help you work on this and I have included a couple below for you to check out.

Placing some test orders to see what the customer experience is like is also a very good idea, as it might give you an idea of any issues customers are running into that are preventing them from checking out. Have you had a look in your Abandoned Checkouts section? You can review your abandoned checkouts to find patterns that might suggest why your customers aren't completing orders. Some important things to check for here include making sure the relevant shipping rates for the destinations are correctly setup, and that there are suitable payment gateways available in the checkout.

Thanks for linking your storefront! I had a look over it, and I think it looks great. You have included some excellent content already. I actually had a couple of suggestions for ways you could improve it even more, and may actually help to improve your conversion rate in the process:

  1. I noticed your main banner image on your homepage looks slightly blurry/pixelated. This could be because the image is low resolution, and has been stretched to fit the screen. Uploading a larger/higher resolution image should help to make it look clearer. We have a helpful guide which goes over Best practices for uploading images that I would recommend checking out. 19-53-55242-38074
  2. Something else I spotted was the text size in the footer of your homepage looks a bit on the small side. Depending on the theme you are using, you should be able to increase this text size by changing some typography settings in the Theme Editor.   19-54-74475-13298
  3. In your About Us page, I noticed there's a couple of sentences that could do with some spell checking. For example, you have 'Thanks for visiting our store and please contact to us anytime'. Here the word 'to' could be removed so that it reads as 'Thanks for visiting our store and please contact us anytime'. Telling your story is important, and it will keep customers coming back to your brand. Here is a Guide on expanding your story that you can check out to help make this page even better.
