I have been running this store for a while and in the last few days thanks to FB and tiktok ads I have been getting around 1000 visitors a day. Nobody has EVER added anything to the cart. I believe my store is well made and the products are great. I really don't know what is the problem. the store URL is www.majestic-muse.com

Hey @vierisid.

Thanks for reaching out.

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful!

Looking into your online store, I did notice that you do not currently have a favicon added to the store homepage. A favicon is a small image that displays on the browser tab and represents the business/company. If you take a look towards the browser tabs, I am sure you will see a favicon! You can add a favicon to your online store by following this guide here. This is a great way to add a polished look to the online store and show your visitors that the store is completed.

Update the social media links on the footer of the store. When I selected the social media icons on the footer, I noticed that they are directed to the Shopify social media business pages. You can add your own social media links to the footer of the store by navigating to the Theme Settings. This can provide your visitors with a sense of security about making a purchase knowing that they can reach out to you across other platforms.

Additionally, you can add a slideshow section to the homepage as the first section under the header navigation menu. This can allow you to showcase more of your products and allow your visitors to learn more about the business without having to scroll. For example, you could include your favorite product or best seller in the slides.

Hey @vierisid.

Thanks for the quick response.

I see the changes that you have made and your online store is looking great! You could additionally add a free shipping offer to the announcement bar to include a discount and free shipping offer. This is a great way to create a buyer incentive to get your visitors browsing through the available products.

From a branding perspective, the site feels disjointed. The images look like stock photography giving it an inauthentic and impersonal feel. Also, the product photography for items featured on homepage have a different feel than the lifestyle images. Overall, it feels like a dropshipping site. It’s not a brand. It doesn’t feel elevated the way many emerging beauty brand sites do.

Depending on resources, look at hiring a freelance photographer to shoot your product photography and a few lifestyle images for homepage. Also, use canva to find font combos that work.
