Hi @Dan-From-Ryviu,

thank you for your answer. To be honest I have been constantly changing ads details like audience and location multiple times a day. Do you think I should let it run for longer without touching them too much. Also could you explain to me if you'd wish what is a retarget campaign? I found also that my store speed is below average do you think that's a factor?

Hi @vierisid

I'm Garcia from PageFly - Shopify Advanced Page Builder App. From my CRO expertise, I’d love to give you my suggestions as hereby:

1. Add a favicon for your store

Whether you're putting the final touches on your online store or it's already up and running, don't overlook the significance of adding a favicon! It's a small yet crucial detail that can enhance your website's appearance and reinforce your brand.

By including a favicon on your website, you can effectively communicate to your potential customers that they have arrived at your company's page.

You can check this Shopify guide on how to add a favicon - https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/images/add-favicon

2. Make your header sticky

If your website visitors are looking for a particular product while browsing, what's the usual action they would take? They might have to scroll all the way up to the page's top in order to find the search bar, which can be a bit of an inconvenience. However, this issue can be addressed by introducing a sticky header, significantly improving the ease of navigation for your customers

3. Keep styling consistent

It’s great when you a CTA button right where it should be. But please note that all buttons have the same styling to boost the conversion rate.

Currently, some buttons have the first letter of the text capitalized but some do not. You should recheck this.

This should be applicable to the content including headings and paragraphs as well. Here is an example:

4. Have Instagram feed

Your Instagram content adds a fresh feel to your website by showing you’re active online and interacting with your customers.

5. Get ready for holiday season

As the holiday season approaches, and with many businesses already gearing up for festivities like Black Friday Cyber Monday (BFCM) and Halloween, your products align seamlessly with this festive period. I strongly encourage you to implement these suggestions to maximize your success during these celebrations:

  • Holiday gift wrapping option: Offer a gift-wrapping service during checkout to make it convenient for customers who are purchasing gifts for others.
  • Festive website design: Update your website with a festive theme that reflects the holiday spirit. Add seasonal graphics, banners, and colors to create an inviting and celebratory atmosphere for visitors.
  • Holiday specials and offers: Ofer exclusive holiday promotions, discounts, or special deals to entice customers. Highlight these offers prominently on your website to catch the attention of potential buyers.

And that's my feedback! Hope it helps you boost the conversion rate.

Cheers!
