Hello me and my partner are working on our store: https://pixeonstore.com We are using tiktok paid ads to get traffic which turns to a good amount of reached check out but no sales whatsoever. In the past three days (from 01/07/24) we had 39 added to cart, 25 reached check out but still 0 conversions, we'd love to hear any form of advice from an expert, thank ya'll in advance!! Is there any kind of discount/offer being advertised that’s not added when they checkout?

Nope discounts are applied at checkout.

I notice that currently you are running on a New year promotion, but the announcement bar styling & color seem not to attract visitors at their first glance. Also consider adding a countdown timer here for limited-time offers or flash sales to create a sense of urgency and drive conversions.

2. Add quick links to important badges showcase

By providing direct links on badges, users are more likely to explore additional content or sections of the site. This can lead to increased engagement, as users find it easier to access the information they are interested in. Also, it helps to build trust so they are more likely to make a purchase.

3. Use color option swatches for your product pages

Instead of just listing labels of product variants, you can consider using option swatches to showcase different color options of the product. Swatches are intuitive and user-friendly which would enhance the shopper experience. Customers can simply click on the swatch that corresponds to their desired option, reducing the need to read text-based descriptions or select options from the drop-down menu.

4. Use a holiday theme for your landing page

If you are running ads to your product page, I recommend creating a special landing page which highlights exclusive deals and provides a cohesive holiday experience for visitors. Here below are some key things to consider:

  • Holiday Graphics and Banners
    • App: You can use apps like Shogun Page Builder, PageFly, Gempages… to easily create and customize banners and sections with holiday-themed graphics.
    • Free Source: For free holiday graphics and banners, websites like Freepik and Canva offer a wide range of templates and illustrations you can use.
  • Seasonal Color Scheme: Choose holiday colors like red, green, gold, or silver.
  • Animated Snowfall or Effects:
    • App: Install apps like "Snowfall Effect" or "Nexa Snow Effect" to add animated snowfall or other holiday effects to your website
    • Customization: You can also use HTML and CSS to create custom holiday animations or effects on your site.
  • Holiday gift wrapping option: Offer a gift-wrapping service during checkout to make it convenient for customers who are purchasing gifts for others.
