Hello

I've opened my store couple days ago and I've reached this using advertisement

-1.2K Sessions

-44 Added to cart

-22 Reached checkout

but no sales, I wonder if checkout page is the main problem or what exactly is the issue here, I hoped to see at least 1% conversion but no sales so far. Can someone help me solve this issue or if someone had this issue please let me know if you solved it!

It helps if you are actually selling something....from a bricks and mortar store!

Hi there - usually when you're seeing people move through the funnel and get all the way to your checkout page, but not actually check out - one of two things is happening:
(1) The checkout page itself isn't actually working <- i'd double check to make sure the page itself actually functions as expected.  It could be users are hitting an error.

(2) The checkout page is registering as viewed when shoppers haven't actually hit the page.

Everything looks normal in your flow, so (2) isn't likely.  I'd start with making sure the checkout functions!

You can increase your revenue by 5% by replacing Shopify's default sorts. Test for free. **Show me how**

I placed 5 orders to test if it's working, and they went thru without any issues

Hi @Samotniaczek

I'm Garcia from PageFly - Page Builder AppI see that you've been working hard to improve your conversion rate (CRO). As a CRO expert, I have some suggestions that I think could help your store.

1. Add more sections on homepage

Your home page is a good start, but it could be more effective at gaining trust and boosting sales if it included more information.

You can consider adding or changing these sections:

  • Add call-to-action button on hero banner

You can take a look at this example from PageFly premade template here:

  • Remove the hover overlay for hero banner

  • Add Testimonial section

Testimonials are a great way to build trust, stand out from the competition, and boost sales. When potential customers see that other people have had positive experiences with your product or service, they are more likely to trust you and choose your business over the competition.

  • Add About us section
  • Add benefit bar
  • Add social proof (such as Instagram feeds,...)

2. Add customer's review / testimonial on product page

Customer feedbacks/happy cases can help to build trust, provide social proof, highlight the benefits of your product, and increase sales. They can also improve your SEO, increase engagement, and drive traffic to your social media.

Adding customer feedbacks/happy cases to your product page can be a great way to improve your product page and increase your chances of success.

3. Change content for checkout page

In the checkout page, you can add product offers to boost sales and improve conversion rate optimization (CRO).

To add product offers to your checkout page, you will need to be a Shopify Plus merchant and use a third-party app. One such app is CheckMate Checkout Upsells. This app can help you to improve your checkout page CRO by adding product offers, cross-sells, and other relevant content to the checkout page.

Cheers!

Hi, Do you use any session replay tools like microsoft clarity?

This could help you give better insights since you could be viewing user sessions and find out why they leave at checkout.
