I've had an e-mail saying my account will be terminated under section 14.3. Shopify sent me links to a WhatsApp and Telegram. I sent a message to the WhatsApp with no reply. I have since learnt the e-mail could be spam so I blocked both just in case. I am totally lost as t how to proceed as I don't even know why It's been terminated. Any help appreciated. Thanks.
Avoid clicking on unfamiliar links or sharing personal information. Contact Shopify support directly through their official website or customer service for clarification on your account status. Have you reached out to Shopify support through their verified channels yet?
