started getting decent traffic to the store around a month ago, and i've been running ads to get more eyes. i'll put a screenshot of the analytics, but for some reason im getting over 30 add to carts and checkouts, but not one single checkout was converted to an actual purchase. i'll put the website link at the bottom of this as well.
25$ product, the shipping was 4.8$ but i lowered it to test and see if the cost of the shipping was the issue. please let me know what yall think why might this be the case that there are no completed checkouts. thanks
ps web is optimized for mobile which is why it looks a lil strange on mac
Hi,
Thanks for sharing your store with the community! It's clear you've put a lot of effort into building it, and I'd love to help with some CRO advice to improve your store and make it easier for people to check out..
Example review section:
The product highlights and images are vertically stacked, which works for mobile but wastes space on desktops. Use a grid or card layout for products and customer photos to better utilize screen real estate.
Reasons:
Add a note like “True to Size” or “Model is wearing size X” to help customers decide.
I hope these suggestions help you optimize your store! Let me know if this is helpful to you.
Best regards,

Hi @myrafit , thank you for posting here!
Based on your challenges, Snap Noti FOMO Stock Counter could be a valuable tool to help you convert those "add-to-cart" and "checkout" actions into actual purchases. Here's how it can address the issues you're facing:
1. Building Trust and Urgency
- Problem: Shoppers may hesitate to purchase due to doubts or lack of urgency.
=> Snap Noti Solution: Use real-time social proof notifications like "X people just purchased this" or "Y people are viewing this product." These notifications can create a sense of trust and urgency, making hesitant customers more likely to buy.
2. Engaging Abandoned Carts
- Problem: As seen in your analytics, many customers abandon their carts.
=> Snap Noti Solution: Send timely reminders via notifications to users who added items to their carts but didn’t complete their checkout. A gentle nudge often brings them back.
3. Creating FOMO (Fear of Missing Out)
- Problem: Customers may delay purchases, waiting to "think about it."
=> Snap Noti Solution: Use notifications for low-stock alerts or limited-time offers to create a sense of FOMO, motivating immediate action.
It's just only one of the suitable solutions for your problem. I suggest you try once to see the impact of social proof and add-to-cart notification to reduce the cart abandonment rate. Try now because it's FREE !
Hi, I’m Wayne from Akohub. We have been working with many brands to run online stores. I have viewed your website and hope our expertise can help you.
Firstly, consider expanding your product range. If your website currently features only one product, it can be difficult for potential customers to develop trust in your brand. Offering a broader selection not only provides customers with more options but also enhances your brand's credibility. Shoppers often feel more comfortable making a purchase when they see a variety of products, which can help establish your store as a reliable source.
On the other hand, to address the issue of abandoned carts, I will recommend leveraging retargeting campaigns. The campaigns are designed to re-engage users who have shown interest in your products but left without completing their purchase. Retargeting works by displaying ads to these potential customers across various platforms, reminding them of the items they viewed or added to their cart. Retargeting is a key strategy for recovering abandoned carts because it keeps your brand visible and encourages customers to return and finalize their purchases. By reminding them of what they left behind, you can significantly reduce cart abandonment rates. To facilitate this process, consider our Ako marketing app, which includes robust retargeting functions that can help streamline your efforts. With the app’s retargeting capabilities, you can create personalized ads that resonate with your audience, encouraging them to come back and complete their transactions.
Best wishes! If you have any more questions or need a free professional consultation, feel free to let us know! Don't forget to like and mark it as a solution if you find this helpful.
Hi @myrafit
It sounds like you've put a lot of effort into getting traffic and driving engagement on your store, but the gap between "Add to Cart" and completed purchases can definitely be frustrating. Let’s troubleshoot some common issues that might explain why visitors are dropping off during checkout.
You’re on the right track by testing shipping costs, but there’s always room to refine based on real user feedback. If your analytics tools show consistent patterns of abandonment during checkout, the tips above should help close the gap. Make small, incremental changes and monitor the impact—sometimes a single tweak can make a big difference.
If you need help setting up any tools or refining further, let me know! I’ll do my best to assist.
Best regards,
Daisy
