Adding gift cards in Dawn theme

I need to add a gift card option and would greatly appreciate advice on two things:  is there an option in Dawn theme without adding an app?  And if app, what do you recommend?  

we have been running shop for about two years and just starting to promote via FB and IG.  AllWaysHolidays.net
