...then I have a question. Please direct me otherwise if this isn't the right place.
I recently made a purchase at a Shopify Store (Forestta), located in Quebec, Canada. I received the purchase receipt, and my banking account was debited accordingly. After not receiving any shipping info about a week later, I sent them an email inquiry to the email listed. No response. Then about a week after that, the store vanished. When I try to post the receipt link into the Shopify support form, it posts an error, so I can't submit. I don't believe there are live support folks any more.
Am I out of luck here? Thought maybe vendors here might have some direction for me.

Nothing crazy. A mixer for $200. Maybe a bit too good to be true, but they were set up like a liquidator, so it didn't seem too weird.
That sounds frustrating. If the store has disappeared and you haven't received any response to your inquiries, you might want to consider contacting your bank to dispute the charge and see if they can assist you further. It's also worth checking if there are any consumer protection agencies in Quebec that could offer guidance or assistance in resolving the issue.
