I am a customer and placed an order with majestic stores 22nd October and still haven’t received my order. I’ve tried contacting the store several times via email but no response. What can I do? I’m just surprised that the service is unacceptable and so disappointing.

Thank you so much for your response, it’s been really helpful. The status of the order actually says delivered, which of course I haven’t received. I’ve tried so many methods contacting them but nothing. As you suggest I will take this matter with my bank.
