I have paid for dresses at https://bee-free-1.myshopify.com/ but i did not receive my shipment confirmation. I sent email to storagehubb and shopify but there is no response from them. Neither they are sending any product shipment confirmation nor they are sharing any consignment tracing references.
This is how they are cheating Indian customer but getting fund transfer online and do not send product.
I am going to file a FIR in cyber cell against shopify & Storagehubb for online forgery.
Sorry to hear your dresses haven't arrived. It's never nice when you order something online and it doesn't arrive. Some online orders can take up to 4 weeks, which isn't ideal, but can happen. If your order was in that time frame it may still be on it's way.
If it's taking longer or you suspect something suspicious with the store because you can't contact them, then contacting your bank would be the next best step. Your bank has built in measures for you when instances like this occur and will work on helping you get your money back.
