My store is frozen and I have no way to reopen. I've multiple orders unfulfilled all the information is in the store. 

All payments done by customers are still held by third party payments providers. I try to reach to my bank 🏦 no help found. Shopify cannot extend grace period. 

Some of my customers are now go to their Banks for charbacks. And I'm now nowhere to start. 

Sales were definitely going well. Anybody from the community who can assist?

If the store is in a frozen state then I'm afraid we are unable to provide access until the pending invoice is paid. You can do this by updating your credit card on file, or using Paypal (if based outside the United States). You can also consider using a friend or family member's credit card temporarily while the funds for your orders are released. 

You will regain access to your store once our system has successfully charged the payment method added.
