Good day,

I started a job with a shopify expert for marketing, my main issue I stated from day one was the tracking in my ads manager is not working, after just a week under 2 months they finally seemed to fix the tracking and I asked them if we can just put things on hold because they are not making me any money, just costing me money, their response was that we have a 4 month contract and if I want we can cancel it at 3 months. Yet they seem to find it okay to cancel their contract with shopify without any issue. Can I get advice please?
