While navigating your website tusaludybelleza.net, I was unable to locate the specific section you're referring to. Your side scrollbar is the only scrollbar I can see on my end. Could you please share a screenshot of where you'd like the bottom scrollbar to appear? Additionally, are you able to advise how you're trying to implement the bottom scrollbar, and what theme you're using?

With the above information, I'll be able to take a closer look and investigate the issue.
