1. First of all, work on the sluggishness of page speed for mobile and desktop as well. It will reduce the bounce rate due to the slow load time. Do not lose your potential customers. Find more information what to fix:

1. Put a Hero banner that tells what the store is about

1. In order to make the user experience comfortable, care about sticking the menu bar. Cause it disappears when the customer scrolls down and it takes time to scroll back and move to another page

1. Instead of copying the links to product pages, create the collections on the Home page “on sale”, “new arrival”, “fishers’ sets” etc.

1. I really liked your Blog posts. It brings value to potential customers who are new in fishing or just want to know more in this sphere. Add more interesting posts and keep your users updated.
2. I suggest you add the Loyalty and Rewards program to involve more customers to the store. There are various discounts and rewards on your store, which are not attractive for guests. Use our App to motivate customers to log in and get a 10% discount. Or reward them for living review, purchasing for a fixed amount of items for example. Create different tiers to attach your customers to your store for further effectiveness. Once you will have customers’ base you can retarget them or give them the possibility to invite their friend through a referral program.

Congrats on your new store. It's pretty. I have just had a look at your store. I have just some small things I'd suggest for your Homepage for a better chance of gaining sales. May it help!

1. Make a sticky header

Sticky header helps customers easily access menu navigation although they scroll down or up on your page. Customers can also quickly reach the Search field to find products with a sticky header. You should display like this picture below:

You should display the header on this place or you can find a way to stick it. I suggest we can move it to the left side. 

It's better to make this header have different colors when you scroll. You can see an example on our website below.

Besides, you should link more tabs on the menu to show which products you are selling. Sometimes, people just focus on what they can see immediately in your store.

2. Create  a suitable hero banner

The banner is very significant in hero material. It is the first thing customers see when they visit your website. Let's get consumers to know exactly what you're having in 5 seconds first. Your current images are pretty but I think we can improve it more, it doesn’t show the attractive products you have.

What should you do?

- Add a premium banner. It makes your site more professional and helps attract the attention of customers 

- Display the products on the banner. As soon as they see your sign, let your customers know what you're selling. You can use slideshow, the other text color to make it highlighted. Or you can move your video up to be your hero banner.

3. Improve other contents

There are some other contents you should consider to revise it, I will list below with my image:

4. Add more content on your homepage

• Besides the hero banner, I suggest that you should add more information in your homepage. It can be your collections and product lists to make intuitively what you are selling. I think you should put 1 specific product detail, the best seller collections, the new arrivals collection, for example, before the section “How it works” and instead of “Pick What You'd Like to Try”.
• Besides, you can add blogs or reviews of your customer as testimonials. Here is an example of testimonials and unique points that is displayed on our page templates, you can refer more.

- The home page should flow better. I would recommend setting it out like this. Slideshow Image (with a call to action button on it)- Collection List- Product Recommendations- Testimonials- Blogs/ other information- Newsletter sign up box.

- The text can't appear properly.

- On the product page, display the add to cart and buy now option after the price. 

- Make sure to enable automatic workflow emails/push for abandoned cart, win back old customers, welcome email, purchase follow-up, or browse abandoned customers.

- Make sure to use email marketing automation to reach your customers. 

- Setup web push notifications in your store and it will help you in reaching your customers and visitors directly.

- Add a countdown timer to increase the curiosity among the customers to purchase the product.
