Can I incorporate video and images into one slideshow for banner

Can somebody please guide me the right way, I am trying to incorporate a video and image slideshow onto my banner.

Hello, Leo are you looking any free solution or you want to incorporate this in your theme.
Normally in dawn theme it is used image slider , to add video with that, need deep customization. You can check in shopify app store many paid app which can serve your purpose. something like this app did https://sliderrev.myshopify.com/pages/cinematic-wildlife-template

Yes, you can add both BUT it requires either customer liquid code or an app because Shopify's built-in slideshow section doesn't support mixing them by default.

Use some Shopify apps like Slider Revolution or Banner Slider to let you combine images and videos easily.

And with code, the basic idea is we have to create option with image slide to make selection to select video or image for slide. Then in the same way have to make it conditional. Another workaround is that converting your video into a GIF and add it as an image slide (not ideal for long videos).
