Hi there. I have gotten no sales for a few months, and I don't want to loose money on this as I am in debt. Can somebody please critique my website and see if the design is the root cause of my lack of sales?

1. Call-to-Action Button in Sales Section:
Consider adding a prominent CTA button in the sales section to direct customers to your collection page or specific sales product page. This will make it easier for customers to find and purchase discounted items.
2. Streamline Your Homepage:
Some sections on your homepage seem unnecessary and redundant. Consider moving these to other areas of your website to declutter the homepage and improve navigation.
These are the sections I mention. The homepage is not meant for displaying specific products for purchase; these should be placed on the product page.
You already have this section in the Collections section.
3. Product Benefits Section:
Create a dedicated product benefits section to clearly communicate why customers should buy from you. Use banners to highlight the advantages and unique selling points of your products. This will engage customers, pique their curiosity, and encourage purchases.
You can revamp this section:
4. About Us Section:
Adding an "About Us" section can help build an emotional connection with your customers. Share your story, values, and mission to foster trust and loyalty, ultimately encouraging more sales.
5. Reviews/Testimonial Section:
Include a section for customer reviews and testimonials. Positive feedback from previous buyers can significantly enhance your store's credibility and persuade potential customers to make a purchase.
6. Detailed Product Descriptions:
On your product pages, provide comprehensive descriptions that include all relevant specifications. This will help customers make informed decisions and feel confident about their purchases.

7. FAQ Page:
Add an FAQ page to address common customer concerns and questions. This will save time for both you and your customers by providing quick and easy access to important information.

The main marketing strategies I have used is uploading videos onto Youtube, TikTok and Instagram. I am trying copyrighting but do not have a large email list.
