Hi @Jay2020,
I'm Richard - CRO Expert of PageFly - a Free Landing Page Builder for more than 100.000 Shopify merchants and I would love to give some feedback about your store based on my experience. Here comes my initial thoughts:
What is good:
- My 1st impression of your store is quite good, it looks clean and I am clear about what you sell. Also, the colors of the texts and images are striking and easy to focus on.
- You include collections and products on the Home page, which leads customers to your collection and product page.
- I really highly appreciate that you include sections such as the Notification bar, the Search bar, add to cart button, etc, and Policy & Privacy in the footer as it makes your website more professional and credible to your customers.
What should be improved:
I. Homepage:
1. Make the menu sticky
Firstly, you can consider making your menu a sticky section. When someone scrolling up or down, your menu will always display.
2. Add a section to introduce your store on the Home page
I highly recommend you should add a section to introduce your store to customers. I notice that you have an About us page so you should take the content from that page and add an image.
3. Add CTAs under your products
You should add the "Add to cart" button or "Rent now" under your products to encourage people to take action and buy your product.
Take our Mondo template for an example:
4. Make sure all images in one row have the same size:
The images which differ in the size will make the layout look not good, which leads to making a bad impression on visitors.
5. Add testimonials:
Testimonial is a powerful section that builds customers' trust and encourages them to make a purchase. Therefore, it's highly recommended that you should include this on your homepage and product page.
You can refer to our BFCM template:
To add reviews to your page, you can consider using third-party reviews apps such as Loox, Yotpo, or Judge.me, etc. We have a detailed article about the best Shopify review apps that you can take a look at.
Above are some of my feedback on your store. Hope you will find something valuable. Honestly, you are doing well, and please keep moving.
If you feel my answer helpful, like it or give it a thumb up. Let me know if you have any questions. Cheers!

Hi @Jay2020,
Nick here from Shopify. Firstly, congrats on launching your store, I think you've done a fantastic job and it looks really great and think your images are really cool. There are a couple of things I saw which you could alter or change to help improve. Let's take a look:
1.) One thing which did jump out to me is the message in your freeze bar at the top of your store.
Since people are already on your store they'd know it's live, I'm wondering if you can use this space to give another message or promote something else within your brand. Perhaps a new customer discount code or some shipping information. Does anything come to mind which you could apply here?
2.) I'm huge on storytelling and think a brand like yours would have a good story so it took me a minute to find it. Personally, the "Contact" tab in your main menu would suggest to me that's where to write an email to get in touch with you or along those lines. It could be worth changing that phrasing to "About Us" which you have in the tab and save people the extra click to get there. The content team at Shopify also wrote a great blog post about How to write an About Us page which could be worth exploring more too! It focuses on sharing the story of your brand which I think you have set yourself up to do very well.
3.) One last thing is have you started any ads with social media yet? I saw your Instagram and the imagery is great and you have some reels in there also, which Instagram is focusing on a lot these days. Ads could be a good way to compliment the good quality of content you have going right now to help get your brand name out there. There is a good guide which breaks ads down on Instagram here which might be useful to read.
I hope this was useful for you. Do you have any other Shopify related questions about your store or setting up at all? If so, don't hesitate to let me know in a reply here.

Hello @Jay2020
Hope you are doing god. Your store looks nice and here are few suggestions.
Add a nice Logo which gives Identity and separates from the competition.
Make a Sticky header for easy navigation. It helps customers to access menu at any time they want.
Add Testimonials or Reviews on the Homepage, which helps in building trust with other visitors.
There are no reviews on your products. Add Product review app, so that customer can review on your products.
Include Blog page, blog posting will allow you to show your followers a personal side of your business. In this way you can engage with Existing and New customers.
You can promote your products with word of mouth strategy. Boost your sales with the app from the shopify app store which helps to increase your sales further. Improve your conversions by directly reaching those who close to your customers.
There is no terms and conditions checkbox at checkout. I suggest you to install an app from shopify app store which provides 'I agree to the Terms and Conditions' before checkout .As it makes easy for the customer to read your terms and policies.
You can also sell your products on Etsy marketplace as it is very good platform to sell unique, handmade and Vintage goods . If you are already selling on Etsy store consider our Etsy Integration app in the shopify app store. Etsy is a Huge marketplace, if you have any unique or Handmade product in your store, you can give further exposure to your products.
Hey @Jay2020, This is AiTrillion- an All-in-one Marketing Platform on Shopify. Congrats on your new store! AiTrillion this side, an eCommerce platform serving 100K+ sellers to boost their brand engagement:
- The home page should flow better. I would recommend setting it out like this. Slideshow Image- Collection List- Product Recommendations- Testimonials- Newsletter sign up box- Blog Posts- Instagram Feed.
- Create a drop-down menu in the header to make your store easy to navigate.
- Add an announcement bar with a call to action button on it to highlight important information that you don't want your customers to miss out on & make them take action from it.
- Setup product recommendations on product pages as well as cart pages.
- Add a web push notification- It turns visitors into subscribers and subscribers into customers. It’s a powerful and effective marketing tool adopted by online businesses to reach out to and interact with their audience, keep them updated about any important information, announcing sales and offers, and eventually driving more eCommerce conversions. You can send back in stock and price drop alert notifications to bring customers back to your store.
- Add a review section on the product page, 93% of people read reviews before making a purchase.
To add the above marketing engagement tools there are many apps available in the Shopify app store. Instead of installing multiple apps, you can install the all-in-one Shopify app AiTrillion and get all the benefits of marketing features in a single app to drive conversions.
P.S- Free plan available.
Hello @Jay2020
Hope you are well. For an owner with very little experience, you have done a pretty good job. I must say your aesthetic eye is very keen.
Here are some areas where you could consider working on
Add a sticky header. The headings are important to navigate the site. If the headers keep disappearing, it makes it hard to find what the customer is looking for. That is why if you make your headers sticky, the user can see them even if they have scrolled down, which makes the site more user friendly.
You can also consider making your headings a bit bigger or bolder, so that they catch the eye more easily.
It is a good idea to place a banner on the homepage that tells your customers exactly what they are looking for. You may add a separate banner for each of your product types. I see you only have on banner in your homepage. Try to add more banners that match with the theme of your product.
Use a star rating widget to let website visitors evaluate your business. They create standardization, allowing customers to compare different products easily. It also helps you get feedback about your products.
Customers read user reviews more than they read product descriptions. If they find that 50 other people have liked your product and have purchased from you, it helps your credibility and they feel safer buying from you. So try to add some reviews of your products and services to your homepage.
Hope this helps you. If you find it useful, leave a like to let me know! Happy Selling! Thank you and the Very Best of Luck to you!
