Cool. So I'm a commerce customer and I have NO option to speak to an account manager? Has to be chat or AI based?
I feel this is completely ridiculous.
For the fees we pay we should be able to speak with a live human.

Since phone support is not available for Shopify customers, you still can get assistance through live chat, Shopify Community Forum and mail.
